His deep knowledge of the space, combined with a hands-on approach, has positioned him as a skilled capital allocator and effective leader.
Dylan’s passion for outdoor hospitality is rooted in childhood memories of visiting campgrounds in Southwest Virginia—an experience that now fuels his work in shaping the future of the industry. Beyond business, he is a devoted husband to his wife, Neileen, and the proud father of five, focused on building a lasting legacy both at home and through his ventures.
Jake Thayer
Jake’s real estate career began with a focus on identifying and maximizing high-potential assets. Today, as a key leader at Campfire Capital Group, he specializes in acquiring and brokering RV parks and campgrounds, helping investors unlock value in the outdoor hospitality industry. With expertise in deal structuring, market analysis, and transaction execution, he’s a trusted partner in the space.
Originally from Michigan, Jake relocated to Greenville, SC, drawn by opportunity and a thriving community. He quickly embraced the Greenville lifestyle, becoming an active member of the local run club and business network.
His passion for outdoor hospitality is fueled by a love of adventure, freedom, and community. Whether helping investors secure top-tier deals or hitting the pavement with fellow runners, Jake is committed to making a lasting impact—both in business and in Greenville.

Cody Ezzell’s journey into commercial real estate and construction has been fueled by determination, entrepreneurship, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. From knocking on doors as a kid with dreams of business ownership to leading multimillion-dollar projects, his drive has never wavered.
With over a decade in commercial real estate, Cody has overseen the development and construction of more than $500 million in large-scale projects. His expertise spans many facets of construction management, from conceptual design to project delivery, with a specialization in leading high-performing teams.
