Distributions are paid monthly starting 180 days after your initial investment. We pay out distributions through our Investor Portal InvestNext either electronically (via ACH transfers for linked bank accounts) or via check. While we recommend linking your bank account, a physical check will be mailed to the address on file.
For those investing via an SDIRA, checks will be sent to the Custodian with the necessary account information to deposit on your behalf.
Per the SEC, an Accredited Investor is an individual with a “net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner) or income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year.”
We exclusively use our in-house property management company, Campfire Capital Group Management, LLC, to manage all RV parks and campgrounds within our portfolio. To ensure efficient operations, we use proven Community Managers at each location. These individuals report to a Regional Manager as well as our Director of Asset Management.
For largerCapEx projects, we also have an experienced Construction Director.
Yes — if your SDIRA allows and follows the proper rules. Investors should work with their custodian to ensure their SDIRA investment is managed properly. For additional information on investing via an SDIRA, please reference the PPM.
